The final of junior high school English group competition was held smoothly

On the afternoon of September 26, the final of "good English" teaching competition of junior high school English group was held in chengdu foreign language school. The aim of this competition is to provide a platform for young teachers to display and communicate with each other, and to promote the whole group of English teachers to constantly update their English teaching concepts and understand the art of classroom design and teaching. A total of 13 junior high school English teachers were shortlisted for the final competition. Junior middle school English teaching and research group leader zuo yi, liu zhu, junior middle school English class preparation group leader liu xiao, shu xiaoqu, xia zhen and zhang ya teachers as the judges of the finals.


The material used in the lecture is "Good English." Model English is an original textbook introduced by Oxford University press. It is also an experimental textbook of the key project of the ministry of education in the 11th five-year plan of national education science, "approaches and methods of quality education in basic English in China". As a supplementary reading material, it has been used in chengwai junior high school for many years. In the course of class presentation, the participating teachers showed the judges and the whole group of teachers the well-honed classroom design based on the characteristics of the teaching materials and the learning situation, showing the excellent teaching ability and unique personal charm of the English teachers, and won the applause from the judges and teachers on the spot.


After fierce competition, four participating teachers, li huan, wu Dan, zhang lili and zhou jie, won the first prize, four participating teachers, including song kana, won the second prize, and five participating teachers, including Chen qianqian, won the third prize.
